Come along for just 2-3 hours, once a month, with other volunteers from the village, to help keep the village hall garden looking lovely. We meet up at the hall on the third Monday of every month, between 9am and noon.
It's nothing strenuous. Just a general tidy up.... weeding, raking leaves and some light pruning of shrubs. As the seasons change, we also like to put in some bedding plants to make it look attractive for hall users.
We have a break halfway for tea, coffee and biscuits.
Please just come along and help if you can. You are not committed to come every time. Whatever time you're able to give would be greatly appreciated.
